For New Jersey-born and raised Carly King, what first started as self-exploration into the mountain west has now become the early stages of a budding career as an indie folk artist. The Colorado-based singer-songwriter just wants to “go to the mountains alone, buy a plane ticket home and throw out her phone…” In October 2020, King introduced the world to her unique sound with those lyrics in her debut single “Mountains, Alone.” In it’s first year it earned over 500,000 streams, an honorable mention from American Songwriter, and was dubbed a song “on repeat” by Spotify. As the world continued to navigate the realities of Covid in the subsequent years of her release,  “Mountains, Alone” became a staple toe-tapping retreat from quarantines, masks, and chaos.

Amanda Somekh is a New Yorker making her way across the West on tour playing music in the mountain towns. She’s got a voice full of soul that she uses to acoustically cover the classics from Bill Withers, Billy Joel, Tina Turner, and more. Don’t miss her before she returns to the East Coast!
