This group\, or couple of couples\, brings a connected energy to their performances. They enjoy bringing a variety of styles to their shows\, including old time\, bluegrass\, new twists on classic songs\, sweet harmonies\, and original tunes. Combining good ‘ol country heartache along with snarky folksy wit\, Sugar Britches has been playing non-stop throughout Colorado and the great West in bars\, parking lots\, weddings\, bat mitzvahs\, rodeos\, amphitheaters and regular-ass theaters since 2017. \nRecent highlights for the band include recognition on The Colorado Sound’s Top 20 List of Colorado Artists for 2021 and an opening slot at the legendary Mishawaka Amphitheatre for Wynonna Judd. \nSugar Britches also won Best New Band of 2018 and Best Country Band of 2019 from the Fort Collins Musicians Association and were nominated for Best Country Band of 2019 by the Denver Westword. DESCRIPTION:Sugar Britches is a blend of mischievous high-brow honky-tonk with eclectic instrumental accompaniment and clever lyrics\, written by Brian Johanson and performed by a cavalcade of characters. Combining good ‘ol country heartache along with snarky folksy wit\, Sugar Britches has been playing non-stop throughout Colorado and the great West in bars\, parking lots\, weddings\, bat mitzvahs\, rodeos\, amphitheaters and regular-ass theaters since 2017. \nRecent highlights for the band include recognition on The Colorado Sound’s Top 20 List of Colorado Artists for 2021 and an opening slot at the legendary Mishawaka Amphitheatre for Wynonna Judd. \nSugar Britches also won Best New Band of 2018 and Best Country Band of 2019 from the Fort Collins Musicians Association and were nominated for Best Country Band of 2019 by the Denver Westword. They have opened up for many national touring artists\, including Wynonna Judd & the Big Noise\, Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters\, Pokey LaFarge\, Corb Lund\, The Reverend Horton Heat and Jason Eady. \nThe band released their first album\, Don’t Make Her a Mixtape Yet You Idiot\, in 2019 to great success\, and they have just released their second full-length album\, No One Cares That It’s Your Birthday in September of 2022. \nThe Band features Brian Johanson on lead vocals and guitar\, Lance Ruby on lead electric guitar\, Ansel Foxley on Dobro\, Cameron Collums on upright bass and a rotating cast of amazing guest musicians.

DESCRIPTION:Morgan McHugh is a singer-songwriter from Bellingham WA. Growing up\, immersed in a family and community of musicians\, he has been playing the piano\, guitar\, writing songs\, and exploring the catalog of American folk music from a young age. “There’s a real ebb and flow to the process. I’ve spent a lot of time hiking and fly fishing in the mountains rivers. When I don’t have cell service and I’m off the grid\, I have a lot of time to think. That’s when the creative process really gets rolling” – Morgan McHugh. \nHe grew up performing locally with his family band\, which included his dad and his two siblings. While being raised on everything from rock n’ roll to American folk music\, his influences include that of Neil Young\, John Prine\, and Gregory Alan Isakov. \nMorgan’s self reflective lyrics and melodies will take you on an emotional journey of love\, hardship\, and the search for truth in the modern world. \nHe his now both solo touring\, as well as collaborating with instrumentalist Lucas Lawson\, and upright bassist Jayden Kazantsev. They are collectively playing house concerts and small bars around Colorado\, Washington\, and California.

Produced by Grammy-winning producer Blake Chancey (The Dixie Chicks\, Little Big Town) and recorded in the wake of The Woods’ arena tour with Tim McGraw\, this next chapter of music serves as a reintroduction to one of Nashville’s most promising exports. \nBandmates Dan O’Rourke\, Raquel Cole\, and Leland Rooney all came to Nashville on their own\, looking to make their individual marks on a city steeped in music.  Cole was an award-winning songwriter from British Columbia\, with a pair of Top 50 country singles under her belt and an electric guitar in her hands. O’Rourke was a nomadic folksinger who’d already lived in a half-dozen cities across the country\, earning a first-place finish in the International Songwriting Competition along the way. Rooney was a classically trained guitarist who’d been gigging since his teenage years\, playing country songs on the Texas bar circuit long before he could order his own drinks. Together\, the three musicians found common ground in the music of their parents’ generation.  They began making their own updated version of that sound\, blending their voices together into thick harmonies\, rooting everything in classic songwriting and contemporary storytelling.

DESCRIPTION:Bringing the soul from Greensboro\, North Carolina\, Ranford Almond is a young singer/songwriter and trobador that has begun to make his mark across the Southeast. Raspy fresh vocals meet the Appalachian strings of Ranford’s guitar\, reminiscent of John Prine and Townes Van Zandt with his own unique stamp. Furthermore\, his talent extends far beyond composition and strumming\, as he is a warrior with the electric as well. Ranford plays as a solo artist as well as fronting a full band. He also plays lead in the Greensboro based psychedelic folk collective Viva La Muerte.
